Therein Wine is a single small vineyard and winery in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Three-and-a-half south sloping acres on shale. Thirty-year-old Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Cabernet Franc vines, twenty-year-old Chambourcin & Vignoles vines. New plantings of vines & fruit trees & buckwheat between rows. Converting to organic methods.

Harvests raspberry-style: daily by our own hands, barely beating the birds. Vinified without chemical correction. No acid added, no water, no sugar, no sulfur, no enzymes, no yeast; the grapes are enough. Spontaneous fermentations of nature’s duration. Wines which exceed our grasp.
